This program reviews the investment process as it relates to fiduciary accounts. Topics include the following:
  • balancing the needs of current and future beneficiaries;
  • asset allocation and security selection process; and
  • documentation of the investment policy and review process.
The speakers will also discuss communicating results and navigating through critical events such as significant discretionary distributions and death of a grantor or beneficiary.
