Medicaid Planning
PROGRAM SUMMARY:
With an ever-growing segment of the population in care-giving and decision-making positions for parents and grandparents, laws concerning elder care (medical and otherwise) are in the forefront of today's society. Your clients, whether they are the elders themselves or their children/care-givers, need up-to-date advice on financial planning, Medicare and Medicaid, trusts, strategies, powers of attorney, forms, and resources. Here are some of the important topics our speaker will cover:
- Asset transfer strategies;
- Trusts and their application to Medicaid planning;
- Pooled payback trusts;
- Planning techniques for married and single persons; and
- New techniques.
