This program focuses heavily on how to develop a real estate practice for the For Sale By Owner (FSBO) market and how to best work with Realtors® in today's legal and business climate:
- Understanding what the FSBO market means to the real estate practitioner - now and in the future;
- Creating a support plan for FSBO sellers (it’s more than a checklist);
- Establishing a presence on Internet sites to gain clients;
- Drafting FSBO Purchase Agreements;
- Handling the closing and post-closing duties;
- Working with Realtors to develop and enhance your practice;
- Dividing duties: The ground rules per Chicago Bar Ass'n v Quinlan & Tyson, Inc;
- Handling Realtor referrals properly; and
- Meeting the affiliated business challenge.
