Effective August 15, 2010:
New Suggested Rates |Chicago Area
ATG announces a revised Suggested Rate Card for the Chicago Area. The new premium rates are
effective for all files opened on or after August 15, 2010; the new
closing fees are effective for all closings occurring on or after August 15,
2010. These new suggested rates apply to closings in Cook, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Kendall, Lake, McHenry, and Will counties. Please remember that you are not obligated to follow suggested rates but that ATG requires that your fees be commercially reasonable in the community in which you practice.
